Web Designer Profile We Are Looking For

We collaborate with web designers specializing in strategic digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines visual design skills with an understanding of UX, conversion, and user behavior.

Valued experience:

  • UX/UI: information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes
  • Responsive design for optimized mobile experiences
  • Collaboration with branding and interior design teams (desirable)
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms

Technical skills:

Responsibilities in Web Projects

Experience design: Creating web architectures that guide users toward conversion goals. From high-impact landing pages to multi-page corporate websites.

Interface and usability: Visual interface design that combines contemporary aesthetics with intuitive functionality. Optimization of navigation flows and improvement of conversion rates.

Integrated collaboration: Collaborative work with branding teams to ensure visual consistency between brand identity, physical space (if applicable), and digital experience. Participation in strategy workshops with clients.

Continuous optimization: Analysis of web metrics, A/B testing and improvement proposals based on real user behavior.
