Hotel Interior Design

Your hotel doesn't compete on price. It competes on experience.

We design boutique hotels, tourist apartments, and independent accommodations that increase direct bookings, reduce OTA commissions, and justify higher rates. Madrid and the rest of Spain.

JUNGLE HOTEL

The real problem

A generic lobby is your biggest business problem.

When a traveler compares your hotel on Booking.com, the decision happens in 3 seconds. If your space doesn't make an impression in those 3 seconds, the battle is lost before it even begins.

Dependence on OTAs

Booking and Expedia take 15-20% from each booking. A space without its own identity condemns you to compete there indefinitely.

Difficulty in raising rates

Without a space that visually justifies the price, any price increase generates immediate market resistance.

Zero organic content

Guests don't share generic content. Without spontaneous Instagram photos, there's no free marketing.

Reviews below potential

Design directly impacts NPS. A lobby that disappoints upon entering generates lukewarm reviews, even if the rooms are good.

Process

Interior Design

1.

The Appointment

Tell us about your current situation with OTAs, your ADR targets, and your budget. In that first call, we'll tell you if it makes sense to work together and what ROI you can expect.

2.

The Design

We visited the space and developed the concept: layout, color palette, materials, and statement pieces. We also created 3D renderings so you can see the result before approving anything.

3.

The Production

Detailed plans, full specifications, and supplier coordination. Fixed price with contingency fund included. No surprises at the end.

4.

The Installation

Project management with minimal operational disruption. We work while the hotel is open whenever possible. Delivery includes a professional photo shoot for OTAs and direct website access.

Frequently Asked Questions

What hoteliers ask us

How much does it cost to renovate the lobby of a boutique hotel in Madrid?

For a 10-20 room hotel with a 35-50m² lobby, the typical cost range is €58,000-€78,000 for a mid-to-high-end project. This includes construction work, lighting, furniture, decoration, technology, and project management. Per m²: €1,150-€1,950.

Do I have to close the hotel during the construction work?

Not necessarily. We plan to work while the hotel is operating: night work, phased by zones, temporary reception if needed. A complete shutdown rarely exceeds 2-3 days.

How long does it take to see a return on investment?

For hotels heavily reliant on OTAs and with potential for ADR improvement, the typical ROI is between 4 and 8 months. The first effects are noticeable within the first few weeks: more guest photos, better reviews, and increased direct website traffic.

Can you do just the lobby without touching the rooms?

Yes, and it's the most common strategy. The lobby is the first and last impression, and the space that appears most often in guest photos. Many clients start here, see the results, and then proceed with booking rooms.

Do you only work in Madrid?

Madrid is our main market, but we work throughout Spain. We also have our own teams in Greece and Sweden for international hotel projects.
