Digital Staging Service Conditions

1. Free image

The first free image is available once per person and per company, under a valid promotional code. Its use is for demonstration purposes only and does not include commercial rights. It may not be used in sales listings, real estate portals, advertising or any other marketing material.

EOLOS reserves the right to refuse the promotional code without justification.

2. Image usage rights

Images produced under paid order include full commercial rights for the client's use in their own channels: web, real estate portals, social media and print.

Images may not be resold, transferred to third parties or used outside the project for which they were commissioned without written authorization from EOLOS.

3. Ownership of the original photograph

By submitting an image, the customer warrants that he/she has the necessary rights to that photograph. EOLOS assumes no liability for the use of images for which the customer does not have the corresponding rights.

4. Quality of the result

The final result depends on the quality of the original photograph. EOLOS is not responsible for results limited by images with low light, low resolution or inadequate angles.

5. Revisions

The price for each image includes one revision. Additional revisions are quoted separately unless otherwise indicated in writing.

6. Nature of service

The images generated are digital visualizations for marketing purposes. They do not constitute technical documentation, drawings or any kind of design or construction commitment.

We may collect personal data (name, email, phone) when the user contacts us directly.
