What do we do?
We take responsibility for the entire process of renovation or refurbishment of the space, from the first briefing to delivery. Registered architects manage the design, technical documentation and coordination under the same team.
We work with asset owners, investors and businesses whose objective is to increase the value of a property, whether by sale price, rental yield, average hotel rate or operating capacity.

What is included
Needs analysis and briefing
We define the scope, budget and schedule before we start anything else.
Design concept, documentation and licensing
Plans, 3D visualizations and technical report. We manage permits and paperwork with the administration. Everything ready before the work begins.
FF&E - Sourcing and Purchasing
Purchase and management of furniture, lighting and equipment. Negotiation with suppliers, quality control and on-site assembly.
Tender and bid comparison
We identify the right construction companies, solicit bids and give you an objective analysis to decide.
Construction management
We lead the construction process, attend site meetings and control deadlines and quality. You do not coordinate anyone.
Site approval and handover
The project is not closed until it is right. We supervise the reception and deliver the complete documentation.
