Business Development Assistant
Research, prospecting and commercial support for design and architecture projects.
We are looking for an organized, curious and proactive person to identify opportunities, build and maintain contact databases, support business follow-up and help open new conversations with potential customers.

EOLOS DESIGN LAB is looking for a Business Development Assistant to work directly with the founding architects on new project opportunities in Spain and internationally.
You will be involved in prospecting, client communication, proposal preparation and relationship development from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers: real estate investors, developers, hospitality operators, commercial and real estate companies
- Initiate contact and follow up on prospects
- Prepare proposal materials, pitch decks and presentation content
- Supporting the founders in meetings and presentations with customers
- Maintain CRM with contacts, interactions and pipeline status
- Track RFPs, RFQs and project opportunities
- Representing the studio at industry events and meetings when necessary.
- Build relationships with real estate agents, consultants and collaborators.
- Present the studio's digital staging and visualization services to real estate agencies and developers.
- Prepare regular pipeline reports
What we are looking for:
- Education in architecture, design, real estate or related field
- Experience in business development, sales or customer-facing roles (2+ years preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Swedish or Greek is an important advantage
- CRM tools, Adobe Creative Cloud and basic proposal production.
- Ability to hold a professional conversation with high-level decision-makers
- Organization and ability to manage multiple opportunities in different phases
Location Remote with flexibility. Presence in Madrid, Barcelona or Marbella is a plus.
