What is the difference between EOLOS Design Lab and a conventional interior designer?
EOLOS is a commercial design studio formed by COAM registered architects, not decorators. The difference is not just one of credentials: it is one of approach. A conventional interior designer selects materials and furniture. We design spaces that work as a business tool - we analyze how customers move, how service flows, how the space communicates the brand and how that translates into more sales, more retention or more average ticket. In addition, we manage the entire execution: licensing, construction, contractor coordination and delivery. All with the same team.
Why is the design of a commercial space a business decision and not just an aesthetic one?
A hotel without identity competes on price. A restaurant without design only fills up in high season. An office without criteria loses talent before anyone says it out loud. The physical space conditions the behavior of your customers, the perception of your brand and the ability to charge what you are worth. We design so that the space works in favor of the business: more time spent, higher spending per visit, better brand image, and customers who come back because the experience left them with something. We don't design to look pretty on Instagram - we design to make it work.

Can a client based in Sweden or another country hire EOLOS for a project in Spain?
Yes, and it is one of our most common client profiles. We manage the briefing from wherever you are - Stockholm, Amsterdam, London - and execute the project in Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella or wherever necessary with COAM registered architects present in Spain. Does EOLOS manage the refurbishment and construction, or just the design?
We manage the entire process. From the initial analysis and the creative concept to the technical documentation, the processing of licenses, the coordination of contractors and the final delivery. Our COAM registered architects can sign and process activity, construction and renovation licenses. We are not a studio that delivers plans and disappears - we are present during the execution to make sure that what is built matches what was designed. What exactly does the EOLOS commercial interior design service include?
It depends on the package, but in general it includes: analysis of the brief and business objectives, creative concept and mood board, 2D design and 3D visualization, selection of materials and finishes, technical documentation for construction, coordination with contractors, and follow-up during execution. We offer three main formats: interior design only, the Complete Experience (interior design plus branding and digital), and Comprehensive Refurbishment with project management. Does EOLOS also design the brand identity and the business website?
Yes, we design brand identities - naming, visual system, brand manual - and digital projects such as websites and apps, both as an extension of the interior design project and independently. The value proposition is coherence: space, brand and digital speak the same language because they are designed by the same team with the same criteria from day one. If you already have the brand or the web solved by another studio, there is no problem - in that case we only work on the interior design. How do I know if my project fits with EOLOS?
It probably fits if: you have a business or are setting up a business and the physical space is part of the experience you want to deliver; you want the design to respond to clear business objectives and not just an aesthetic preference; you are looking for a team to manage the project from start to finish without you having to coordinate between designers, technicians and builders; or you are a developer or investor who wants to add value to an asset through design. We are not the right choice if you are looking for something punctual and low cost without process. We have methodology and we apply it to every project, regardless of size.
How does the first consultation work and how much does it cost?
The first consultation is free of charge. It's a 30-45 minute call or meeting where we understand your project, your goals, your approximate budget and your timeline. At the end of that conversation you know if we are the right fit, what service format would be the best fit and what the next step would be. No pressure, no pitch.
