Each project is managed directly by one of them, from the first conversation to the final result.
Dolores
Dolores is Spanish and Swedish. She trained as an architect at ETSAM, Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, one of the most prestigious architecture schools in Europe and part of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. She developed her professional experience in Spain and Sweden, leading complex residential and mixed-use projects for some of the largest Nordic developers, including Skanska, JM, Bonava and Serneke.
She holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Design and Bioclimatic Architecture from the University of Barcelona and completed specialized training in circular construction in Stockholm. She is a registered architect in Spain (COAM, Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid) and a WELL Accredited Professional.
Dimitrios
Dimitrios is Greek and Swedish. He holds an integrated master's degree in Architecture and Engineering from the National Polytechnic University of Athens, one of the most prestigious technical universities in Europe, and completed a master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at KTH Stockholm. He subsequently led large residential and commercial projects for developers such as Skanska, Einar Mattsson and JM.
He is a registered architect with additional professional license in Greece. At EOLOS he leads project management, BIM coordination, business development and studio strategy.
